I did it! I made my Thanksgiving mini goal of 45 lbs lost! And I have a week to go...I lost 1 lb this week making me at 45.6 lbs. Hey big High five for me!
I've had alot of people telling me that I look good recently..This happened in the grocery store again yesterday. Not, "You've lost weight" but you "look good"...Guess that's better than last week, when a customer asked me "if I've been feeling alright" Boy oh boy...they think I look good now, what will they think when I get down there closer to Louise!
Okay, better go and ride a mile or so!
