Take a 13 gal garbage can, add a brick into the bottom of it, and a garbage bag to make it look like it's supposed to collect garbage...and what do you get????

Circus freak she devil dog, found a way to always be tipping over the garbage in our house. It got to the point that the garbage had to be placed outside the back door, cause Stella would tip it over, and run off with some bounty of some sort....
She would stand on her back legs walk across the room and keep hitting it with her front paws till she knocked it over....
But she's broke now....and frustrated...a 5 lb dog, cannot tip over a garbage can with a brick in the bottom....but the garbage bag sure looks like she had a hell of a time trying!
